1) No Cancellation, Limited Returns, and Facilitated Exchanges:
In honor of the hard work of our handloom weavers, craftswomen, and traditional artisans who dedicate themselves to crafting these products with warmth and dedication, we do not entertain random order cancellations or arbitrary returns once products are sold from this website. However, we actively facilitate exchanges upon request from our esteemed customers with reasonable grounds.
2) Exchange Procedure:
To request an exchange, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product via:

Upon receipt of your request, we will review your complaint and contact you accordingly. If an exchange is agreed upon, you will receive a Discount Code within the next 2 working days. This code will be redeemable within 3 months via our online portal. Please note that exchanges will not be possible if the product or accompanying tags and documents have been tampered with.
